LinQuest is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join our team in the Dayton, OH area. An active Secret clearance is required and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance desired. Successful applicants should be adept at breaking complex problems into manageable elements and identifying possible solutions for each.
Responsibilities:
- Work with small teams of analysts to conduct analytic efforts for the DoD
- Understand customer requirements, adjust analytical efforts to meet those requirements, and effectively communicate results
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or other technical degree requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics to include calculus
- Experience in research and analysis as well as application of operations research techniques
- 3 years or more analytic experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An active Secret clearance is required

- Utilization of applied mathematics to generate defendable, quantitative analysis.

- SPSS

- R
- Python
- MS Office & VBA
- Experience within the DoD or as a Defense Contractor working as an analyst
