Kearney & Company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team! As a Senior Data Analyst, the candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets to extract actionable insights, develop predictive models, and inform strategic business decisions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems and implement advanced analytics solutions. Duties include but are not limited to:

* Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
* Conduct rigorous statistical analyses and hypothesis testing to support decision-making processes.
* Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
* Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Experience supporting government agencies
  • Knowledge of advanced topics such as deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning
  • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
  • Experience with financial management data and/or systems (e.g., ERP systems)
  • CISA Certification a plus

The expected salary range for this position is between $80k and $125k. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
