Key Accountabilities:

• Review and manage new batch tag report (CLR) and other applicable reports
• Locate and verify inventory discrepancies
• Review and assist with receiving related issues (i.e. reclassify material)
• Requests scrap sales and scrap on hand orders from sales department.
• Prepare and submit necessary inventory adjustments
• Coordinate all activities related to job works (i.e. tracking paperwork, following up on purchase orders and subcontracting orders, monitoring stock; transfer posting)
• Assist quality assurance in activities related to credits
• Coordinate all activities for physical inventory.
• Communicate with purchasing on all activities related to defective material (i.e. entering defective material reports, contacting the mill, sending samples)
• This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery
