GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for a Learning Coordinator. This is a full-time, temporary position that will last until approximately October with the potential to move into a full-time, benefitted role. It's 100% remote and EST time zone based. Candidates will need to be able to attend occasional evening calls as our clients are global.

Job Summary

The Learning Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of world-class learning experiences. In this role you will bring your experience in execution and program management of learning experiences to our learners, and your demonstrated passion for excellent learner experience, to your role for learners across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Program Management - Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate and execute learning programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent sessions, track learner progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely feedback and evaluation
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, facilitators, vendors, and partners to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Setup spaces and channels to encourage and support community learning
  • Ability to use various tools and methods to collect, process, and interpret data.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and outcomes of learning programs, such as learner satisfaction, completion rates, knowledge retention, skill acquisition, and business impact
  • Work closely with Platforms team on LMS management such as setting up programs, updating participant status, registrations and cancellations, feedback channels, pulling and interpreting data
  • Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders through communicating with them throughout the program, including responding to queries such as cancellation requests and logistical questions
  • Independently host and moderate virtual live sessions from session opening, welcoming the participants, introducing the presenters and final closing using Teams/Webex and related platforms (including but not limited to: polling, Q&A facilitation, and chat management)
  • Work with regional communications and facilities teams to promote learning programs
  • Management of invoicing and procurement processes such as open, track and manage POs
  • Any other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant work-experience, preferably in Learning & Development
  • Presentation skills
  • Fluency in MS Office suite
