Your Job

Interconnect Systems (ISI), a Molex company, manufactures high performance electronic assemblies in our Camarillo, CA factory. We currently have a Microelectronics Assembler / Technician opening in our clean room manufacturing area. Your skills will directly impact the current and future growth for the company. We are a specialized manufacturing operation using industry accepted process controls in manufacturing and quality to help us maintain and continually improve our excellence in providing electronics solutions to the market.


What You Will Do

  • Increasing responsibility for operating, programming, and troubleshoot processes using Datacon die placement and K&S wire bonding equipment.
  • Increasing responsibility for operating, programming, and troubleshoot processes using dispense equipment for underfill, epoxy fill, and glob top operations.
  • Bond pull operation and measurements.
  • Performs engineering specified modifications to programs.
  • Assurance that quality requirements are met through in process checks and inspections.
  • Maintain and sign off on all documentation steps ensuring accuracy and logging key data.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Must be able to work in an ITAR compliant facility.
  • Able to read and follow written instructions in English.
  • Able to interpret drawings and BOM's.
  • Attention to fine details of in process assembly checks using visual inspection under a mircoscope.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 5 years of experience die attach and wire bonding operation and programming.
  • Operating K&S wire bonders and Datacom die placer.
  • Flip chip assembly and SSB wire-bonding experience.
  • Prior experience with SAP.
  • Experience with computers using Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel.

For this role, we anticipate paying $20-30 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
