Job Title: Validation Test Technician - Train / Railroad
Compensation: $28 - 32+/HR
Shifts Available: Days and Nights available
Project Status: Contract to Direct Hire / 40-Hour work week
Job Duties 'At-a-Glance':
- Validate electrical and mechanical tests for high-speed trains, railways rolling stock, etc...
- Maintain data and records in Dewesoft Systems for test and measurement results
- Functional and qualification troubleshooting for manufactured railway vehicles
- Read blueprints and schematics to perform bench-top testing for equipment
- Use technical tools and instrumentations and follow safety and compliance rules
Required Skills and Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience of validation, functionality, and testing
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Railway, metro, train manufacturing industry background
Preferred Skills and Education:
- Dewesoft Systems and/or industrial software
- AS Degree in a technical field
