Job Title: Validation Test Technician - Train / Railroad


Compensation: $28 - 32+/HR


Work Location: Philadelphia PA - 100% Onsite

Shifts Available: Days and Nights available

Project Status: Contract to Direct Hire / 40-Hour work week

Job Duties 'At-a-Glance':

  • Validate electrical and mechanical tests for high-speed trains, railways rolling stock, etc...
  • Maintain data and records in Dewesoft Systems for test and measurement results
  • Functional and qualification troubleshooting for manufactured railway vehicles
  • Read blueprints and schematics to perform bench-top testing for equipment
  • Use technical tools and instrumentations and follow safety and compliance rules
Job Requirements

Required Skills and Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience of validation, functionality, and testing
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Railway, metro, train manufacturing industry background

Preferred Skills and Education:

  • Dewesoft Systems and/or industrial software
  • AS Degree in a technical field
