We're looking for an experienced Workday Specialist to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Sr. People & Culture Transformation Program Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Demonstrate experience in Workday HR Business Processes, specifically in Absence Management, Compensation and Talent Management.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to complete multiple kinds of testing (e.g., unit testing, end-to-end testing, user experience testing, user acceptance testing) and report daily statistics on testing progress, tracking of defects logged and documentation.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop function-specific training materials and documentations.
  • Collaborate with teams such as HR Business Partner, People Operations,Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, IT and others to provide support in testing, developing operations artifacts and creating training materials.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of directly related HCM or Workday implementation experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Workday analyst or administrator responsible for testing and support of Workday.
  • Workday implementation experience in at least 1 Workday functional area specifically HCM, Talent and Performance, Time and Absence modules is required.
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end and issues and conduct analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Promote better user experience.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$43$60 USD
