Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Technical Solution Expert & Trainer for our Charlotte, NC Location.

Hexagon Volume Graphics develops leading software for the analysis and visualization of 3D computer tomography data. Provide technical support via phone, email, and web communications.

Develop application solutions assisting the customers with their Finite Element Analysis, Quality Control, and Failure analysis of their products.

Deliver instructor led training classes and technical seminars.

Develop or update learning content for use in an instructor-let or e-Learning environment.

Create specialized content for onsite and custom E-learning customer interactions.

Support all functions of customer facing business.

Define and promote industry best practices utilizing Volume Graphics solutions.

Drive product evolution and quality by thoroughly document product issues and suggestions. Work with colleagues in Product Development implementing solutions.

Travel: 30% Physical Requirements: Ability to stand 8 hours Work conditions: Hybrid office

Minimum BS Degree in mechanical, aerospace, or technical engineering field.

5 years of professional experience using drafting or similar software. Experience with CT (computer tomography), metrology software or VG STUDIO MAX a plus.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a dedicated approach to achieving success. Good Organizational skills and meticulous about technical detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good listener.

Provide Technical support, training, sales support, for VGSTUDIO MAX product line.
