Your Role:

The HR Talent Management Systems Sr Analyst will play a key role in the HR Talent Management team by contributing to several components of Baxter's HR Talent Management delivery at a Global, Regional and Functional level.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for system administration for Orgvue and Perceptyx, including research, testing, permissions, set-up, translations and implementation of new features and functionality improvements.
  • Provide system training and technical support and proactively problem-solve issues with various team members including employees & people managers, HR Business Partners for Workday Talent & Performance, Orgvue and Perceptyx, as well as lead and support a team of HR system SMEs across the organization.
  • Build technical training materials and user guides for Orgvue and Perceptyx.
  • Identify and drive areas of process improvement to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Lead multi-functional teams to address business needs, provides technical expertise, and facilitates training and support for troubleshooting and optimizing Orgvue, Perceptyx and Workday Talent & Performance.
  • Project manage and collaborate with Workday Talent & Performance administration team on opening key processes in Workday and the implementation of system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, implement changes, and optimize the use of Orgvue and Perceptyx for better decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Responsible for the analysis & interpretation of data for talent management processes
  • Other tasks as deemed vital with evolution of programs.

What You Need:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Psychology, Talent Management or country equivalent is required.
  • Overall - 5+ years of experience in HR / Talent Management
  • Prior experience working in a global corporate environment desired.
  • Preferred experience with Orgvue
  • Workday and Perceptyx experience are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Excel), as well as an understanding of HR talent and organizational data

  • Understanding of JavaScript helpful

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000.00 to $132,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
