Role: Sr.Business Analyst | Expertise with Zelle/EWS payments

Experience: 10+ years of strong experience

Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)

Required Skills: Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, Payment mechanisms (Zelle, RTP, etc.), Banking domain knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Serve as scrum master for one or more scrum teams engaged in the construction of a bespoke Zelle payments orchestration platform. Obtain a full and detailed understanding of the business requirements, manage timelines, facilitate scrum process and ceremonies, remove impediments and team distractions, team coaching, creation, and delivery of stakeholder communications, maintaining visibility into product backlog and burn-down.

* Knowledge of and experience with public cloud design and implementation patterns

* Subject matter expertise with bank-2-bank instant payment mechanisms (Zelle, RTP, etc.)

* Solid conceptual understanding of solution delivery using microservices and containerization.

* Current Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance

* At least 3 years prior experience as a scrum master in banking context

* Very high level of work ethic
