Non-benefited part-time seasonal position in the Leisure Services Department for the 9-week summer program of 2024.

Must be at least 15 years old and must possess an American Red Cross Life Guard Training, CPR for the Professional rescuer, AED training. American Red Cross Life Guard Water Safety Instructor Certification preferred.

The Human Resources Department will notify applicants by mail if he/she has been granted an interview. After receiving notification of interview, the applicant must contact the Human Resources Department Office at 860-769-3544 to schedule an interview.

The success of the 9-week summer program depends on the staff's commitment, dedication and availability during the program. ALL staff must be available for the FULL SUMMER. Full week vacations will NOT BE PERMITTED. Two (2) consecutive days off will be granted with supervisor's authorization. Special consideration will be given to students who need to end their employment early to return for their Fall semester.
