Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Administrator to provide world-class onboarding experience for our newly hired employees. The position is hybrid/remote and must be commutable to the Leesburg, Virginia office two days per week.

As the HR Administrator, the position focuses on employee onboarding and is the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers and internal departments to ensure a positive onboarding experience. The position will be responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a precise workflow for each new staff member.

As a member of our HR and Talent Team, the position represents the overall HR function with the highest level of integrity, sharing the Company's vision and operating principles.

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for the onboarding employee life cycle from offer letter to the Onboarding Check In Program.
  • Collaborates with Recruiting team throughout the recruitment process; serves as an intermediary between Recruiting and the HR Team.
  • Provide support to the Recruiting Team by formatting job descriptions and posting positions in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Issue offers and process background checks for all new hires following established polices and guidelines.
  • Responsible for conducting new hire orientation and assisting with Benefits and 401k enrollment for new hires.
  • Assists with recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion, particularly regarding Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, and diversity initiatives.
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO, affirmative action, and human resources.
  • Communicates effectively with other HR teams and departments as necessary.
  • Must effectively recommend opportunities for continuous improvement to current processes and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with and support employees of all levels.
  • Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of two years of experience with human resources responsibilities in a mid-to large size matrix organization supporting government contracts.
  • General understanding of Human Resources principals, concepts, best practices and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be highly organized, action-oriented and collaborative.
  • Strong worth ethic and send of urgency with a customer service focused mindset.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across all levels of employees and management while earning respect and credibility.
  • HRIS or ATS experience required, iSolved experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient and confident in Microsoft Office Suite. Requires high level competency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Leesburg, VA (hybrid)

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
