Role Summary

The JE Dunn Talent Management team has an opportunity for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain Human Resources experience in recruitment, onboarding, program management and employee engagement. This role will provide basic administrative support to the JE Dunn Campus Recruitment Team.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core
  • Intern programming and event support.
  • Coordination of stakeholder communications for both Intern Program and Campus Recruitment.
  • Recruitment cycle support through resume reviews, phone screenings and interview coordination.
  • On campus event coordination support.
  • Recruitment process documentation.
  • Stakeholder feedback analysis and reporting.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Understanding of full life cycle recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software platforms (ATS and CRM).
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Ability to consistently deliver quality work through attention to detail.
  • Ability to approach tasks from a broad perspective and recommends solutions that support program objectives.
Education
  • Pursuing or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree at a college/university within proximity (30 miles or less)of Kansas City, MO (Required).
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Preferred).
Experience
  • Student group Recruitment or Communications team member and/or lead.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • ATS and/or CRM experience (Preferred).
