Job Description
This role is for a remote Associate Occupancy Planner/ Occupancy Planner. Client is based out of Washington, DC with facilities across the USA. A major part of this role will be to support the OPM team with occupancy planning and space data as it relates to people moves and upholding the client's space standards and guidelines. Possible travel required up to two times per year.

Job Description
Manage and plan general people/desks moves (from individual to medium and large displacements).
Assign desks for new hires in close liaison with relevant HR or Hiring Manager.
Manage CAFM moves and client's Move mail box
Perform move churn diagnostics and reporting
Support with non-employee occupancy tracking and moves
Support with Reservation System support for projects and monthly reporting
Support with utilization support for projects, ad hoc reporting, and sensor audits
Assist with tracking all occupancy changes (desk swap, office layout changes), and maintaining precise records.
Communicate clearly and professionally with business stakeholders handle general internal queries, clarify concerns, and identify solutions.
Support team with site commissioning and decommissioning in CAFM system
Assist with maintaining and administering the CAFM database, ensuring utilization of tool conforms to OP standards, completing bulk data updates are planned and maintained appropriately
Assist with resolving mismatches between CAFM and Allocation system
Support with Org Allocationsand space type change tracking
Perform Tactical Occupancy Planning duties (e.g. Space Planning & Block and Stack Plans)
Assist with Test Fits, Scenario Occupancy Planning and Presentation deliverables
Support with periodic data audits, accuracy, validation & coordinate reconciliation
Support with updates to space layouts and drawing management within relevant technologies.
Support with management of occupancy data sets within relevant technologies (e.g CAFM / Reservation / Utilization)
Support with all other tasks/duties as required.
Perform duties in line with account Service Level Agreements, CPIs, and KPIs

Desired skills and experience for this job:
1 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and space planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level.
Strong ability to conduct and actively participate in video conferencing meetings effectively.
A team player who successfully collaborates with others and is productive working independently.
Proficient with MS Office - especially PowerPoint & mastery of MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, V-Lookups, cell calculations, formulas, etc.)
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to read and analyze drawings, plans, schedules, schematics.
Client facing experience in a quality driven environment.
Exposure within an international corporate organization
Preferred proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu
