Required experience: | 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering. 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project software or similar project management tools is required. Familiarity with other project management software is a plus along with a willingness to learn additional project management tools. 3. Understanding of Project Management Concepts: Basic knowledge of project management principles, including critical path analysis, resource management, and earned value management system (EVMS). 4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze project schedules, identify critical paths, and assess project performance. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project scheduling information to diverse stakeholders. 6. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting project managers and team members in achieving project objectives. 7. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining project scheduling documentation and reports. |
