Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Revenue Enablement Program Manager with a primary focus on onboarding new sellers. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our sales team by developing and maintaining comprehensive onboarding programs and playbooks. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the efficacy of our onboarding initiatives and managing the career pathways for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Supplier Engagement Reps (SERs) seeking advancement to become sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Program Development:
    • Design, develop, and continuously improve comprehensive onboarding programs for new sellers, ensuring alignment with company goals, values, and sales strategies.
    • Create and update onboarding playbooks, training materials, and resources to facilitate the smooth transition of new hires into their roles.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to incorporate relevant content and best practices into the onboarding process.
  2. Onboarding Program Management:
    • Oversee the execution of onboarding programs, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating resources, and providing ongoing support to new hires.
    • Act as a central point of contact for new sellers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback throughout the onboarding journey.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives and implement adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes and drive performance.
  3. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the efficacy of onboarding programs, tracking progress and outcomes over time.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into onboarding performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
  4. Career Pathway Management:
    • Develop and maintain career advancement pathways for SDRs/SERs interested in transitioning to seller roles, providing guidance, resources, and support to facilitate their growth and development.
    • Collaborate with HR and Sales Leadership to identify opportunities for skills development, training, and mentorship to prepare SDRs/SERs for successful transitions.
  5. Other duties as needed: Including instructional design, training, supporting Sales Kickoff, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of five years of proven experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or related roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
