Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Tulsa, OK. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Accounts Payable Clerk, reporting to the Manager of Disbursements, is responsible for daily matching and coding invoices from assigned vendors.
  • The job needs data entry.
  • Communications with vendors, purchasing staff, warehouse receiving and inspection, and others as needed.
  • Filing of paid and unpaid invoices when applicable for assigned vendors.
  • Match and code invoices to packing slips and purchase orders
  • Input coded invoices into the computer system
  • Communicate with vendors, buyers, Receiving and Inspection, and others as needed to get invoices paid timely.
  • File and pull documents as needed
  • Answer phones, emails, and Teams communications timely
  • Work with the Buyers and Receiving team to ensure material is received/accepted, and the invoice matches the PO.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payables.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Outlook and Excel
  • Minimum of 3 years experience 2-3 way invoice matching.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree
  • Ariba and Concur experience.
  • Familiarity with SOX and GAAP audit.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Mathematical skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • The team member frequently needs to walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • The team member is occasionally needed to stand.
  • The team member frequently lifts or moves up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts or moves up to 25 pounds.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
