Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payables.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Outlook and Excel
- Minimum of 3 years experience 2-3 way invoice matching.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- Ariba and Concur experience.
- Familiarity with SOX and GAAP audit.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Mathematical skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
