ABOUT THE POSITION

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Creative Design Coordinator to join our Corporate Creative Design Team. This position is instrumental in supporting our graphic design needs for employee and client experiences across VHB's footprint. This role involves collaborating with designers, communications, and marketing partners to produce our design concepts.

Our creative teams are involved in a diverse range of design projects that aim to positively impact our communities and the world around us.

Candidates will be asked to present their design portfolios. The position will be based out of our Orlando, FL office.

Responsibilities

    Assist with designing and/or producing materials for communications, programs, events, and experiences for internal and external audiences
  • Aid in the creation of design solutions that may encompass multiple channels and products (e.g., digital communications, social media, email, print, animation, video, web design) in accordance with existing styles
  • Support conceptual and iterative graphic design efforts through all phases of development and production
  • Create, organize, and maintain content including photography, video, templates, and presentations
  • Collaborate with the design team on multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining templates, quality, and brand standards
  • Actively learn about VHB's culture, leadership, goals, markets, and services

Skills and Attributes

  • Able to work on various tasks in a timely manner within a team environment

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented
  • Exceptional creativity

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of graphic design experience
  • Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint and Word).
  • Skills in photography, video, animation, web and email communications, and social media preferred
