Project Assignment Coordinator
This is a hybrid position - it does not have to be just the Garner, NC office; candidates can be located within 50 miles of an office for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days virtual).
Spanish speaking is not a requirement
Initiates and manages the assignment process for identified population.
Administers and interprets related policies and regulations to provide strategic guidance and support to HR and sector leaders to ensure tax, and legal compliance.
Serves as central point of contact for day-to-day emails and phone calls with affected professionals and internal stakeholders regarding assignment issues for identified population.
Escalates issues or exceptions with identified population to their managers attention for assessment or decision.
Supports continuous process improvement efforts and the associated change management effects.
Conducts periodic audits of files and follows up on missing information for identified population.
Continuously monitors monthly activity reports, government regulation changes (such as IRS Mileage Rates, GSA Per Diems, etc.) for identified population where further actions may be required.
Develops and maintains process documentation related to identified population.

managing per diem requests and stipends
mobilization for projects
vehicle coordination
allocations
A worker with prior experience coordinating project assignment details would be a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected)
which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous HR experience
* Peoplesoft experience and PeopleSoft training
* 1 year of relevant office environment experience
* Basic knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA
* Candidate who is Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferredContact Compensation
