About The Opportunity

Shutterstock is a leading global creative platform offering high-quality creative content for transformative brands, digital media and marketing companies. We are currently seeking a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join Shutterstock's Commercial Operations team as a Manager, Commercial Operations Planning & Analytics.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Commercial Sales efforts by leading the territory and quota setting process in collaboration with global sales teams, managing account mapping, performance reporting, providing actionable insights, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Territory and Quota setting process by collaborating with sales to oversee development, balancing, and maintenance of sales territories

  • Deployment of sales targets, quota setting and in-year management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and improve data integrity with the CRM

  • Partner with internal teams to create and maintain reports and dashboards related to performance and the quarterly business review process

  • Efficiently handle ad-hoc requests from sales partners, while concurrently exploring opportunities for automation and scalability in addressing future requests.

  • Analyze present processes and identify improvement and enhancement opportunities


What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years related work experience in sales operations, sales strategy, analytics, or similar role.

  • You are a strong communicator with a high degree of analytical skills

  • Detailed-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to multitask using superior time-management and organization skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech stacks (preferably Salesforce, Tableau/Looker, SalesLoft)

  • Proven ability to work effectively within all organizational levels and departments to achieve desired results; the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (proficient in Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:

* 115,000 - 140,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
