What you'll do

As the Brand Manager, Base Business you will be responsible for managing key near-term (0-2 years) aspects of the KIND business across all product lines.

Brand Planning.

  • In collaboration with the Director - Base Business, manage the annual brand planning process and drive October delivery of 2026 Brand Plan, including clearly articulated growth drivers across all functions and supporting activities and assumptions.
  • Own marketing inputs for annual planning and five year long-term planning processes.

Business Performance Analysis

  • Lead monthly analysis and reporting of in-market performance data, partnering cross-functionally to understand key drivers and ensure the business has the understanding of market results to support strategic decision making.
  • Own delivery of key messages on business performance to the broader organization, and lead performance presentation to the Leadership Team.
  • Lead brand consumption forecast and brand input into demand planning process; potential to include collaboration in development of future consumption forecast model

Assortment & Portfolio Strategy

  • Own assortment & portfolio recommendations, including discontinuations
  • Own and manage cross-functional value leadership & renovation projects across the full portfolio
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver pricing and price/pack architecture recommendations

Additional

  • Own A&CP budget tracking & responsibility
  • Manage one associate to deliver against all responsibilities: support associate's personal and professional development

You have...

  • 4-7 years of experience in brand marketing or related field
  • A bachelor's degree - marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, and experience in business performance data analysis
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to manage time & competing priorities

  • Experience managing a direct report

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $92,000 to $122,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
