Overview
Milliman's Indianapolis Health practice is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our internship, early-career and experienced hire recruiting initiatives. The TA Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. They are often providing candidates with their first impression of Milliman. To be successful, the TA Coordinator must work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, internal and external candidates, possess exceptional communication skills, can multi-task and use professional judgement to prioritize, and re-prioritize, tasks in order of urgency to meet practice hiring needs. This person should understand and enjoy the challenges and nuances required to successfully build a cohesive organization of talented individuals. This role requires an organized, collaborative, competent communicator who enjoys daily interactions with a diverse range of internal and external audiences, is able to deliver timely communication during crucial stages of the hiring process, and above all delivers exemplary customer service to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

The Team
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team leads practice growth initiatives across a dynamic range of professions within a fast-paced and growing health consulting practice. TA staff partner with stakeholders across the practice including, but not limited to, senior leadership, hiring leaders, interviewers, assessors, admin. and more. TA staff are responsible for campus-based and experienced hire recruitment strategies and program management. Indy Health TA specifically recruits talent for Medicaid, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Management, Policy, Child Welfare & Data Teams.
Location
Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Indianapolis, Indiana on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered. The flexible and hybrid work arrangements include on-site interviews and events.
