Role Description

The Administrative Associate will work closely with external clients, Milliman consultants and the entire MARA product development, QA and Client Services teams. The primary role of the Administrative Associate is to provide the Client Services team with assistance in supporting client deliverables and internal transactions.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with internal team members and clients on administrative functions to support clients (onboarding, implementation tracking, training session coordination, training document preparation.)
  • Serve as a liaison to other office administrators regarding payment transfers and other tasks Maintain lists used for mailings and other client outreach regarding new product features.
  • Maintains links to corporate policy document site and keeps reference documents updated to reflect changes in corporate policy and notifies group of changes to policy.
  • Provide support on various financial tasks (invoicing, client code maintenance)
  • Edit and review various PowerPoint and Word documents for completeness, uniformity, and adherence to company guidelines. Create and maintain online files according to company guidelines
  • Maintain client access to various client management sites.
  • Special projects pertaining to data gathering, data entry, and/or data management as directed by manager.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3 years previous experience in providing administrative functions such as invoicing, client follow-up, project tracking Researching and resolving issues and expeditiously and accurately, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, including professional vocabulary, tact, discretion, good judgment Ability to interact with all levels of business professionals and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and to provide project support and follow up when needed. Advanced ability in Microsoft products specifically in using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Dynamics CRM.
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and changing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of PowerBI and other data visualization tools, pivot tables, databases
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications a plus
  • Familiarity and comfort working in an environment with strict compliance standards and deadlines.

Location

This position is based out of the Milliman office in Hartford, Connecticut. While it is preferred for employees to be local for onsite team meetings in the Milliman office, the option to work remotely anywhere in the US is available.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $46,000 to $87,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.

This is a fulltime, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.
