Short Description

Provide general support for senior Business Partners, and leadership throughout organization.

Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.

Resolve Employee-Management concerns. Utilize strong decision making skills to determine when to escalate situations through proper channels and chain of command.

Execute outstanding customer service and communication to entire spectrum of employees.

Ability to work cross-functionally within HR, Payroll, and Technical Support teams. Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver congruent message related to HR initiatives and company objectives. Must maintain awareness and be knowledgeable about policies, processes, and agendas throughout organization.

Requires high level of confidentiality regarding management level information.


Experience Required

Two years Human Resources experience preferred.

Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications: Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Lawson and Kronos experience preferred.

Problem solving skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.

Individual is able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information


Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
