What you will do:
- Use data to create metrics/dashboards to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Drive strategic projects for North America, and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions
- Write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe
- Drive automation of data sources working side-by-side data & analytics teams within Ericsson
The skills you bring:

- The ability to develop executive level data visualizations in PowerBi
- The ability to story tell with data and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- The ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment

- The people skills required to work with all roles within Ericsson
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, computer science, or supply chain management
You might also have:
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL skills and certifications
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile and ADKAR change management skills and certifications
