***This is a temp-to-perm role, onsite in our Ridgefield Park, NJ office

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a page-by-page document review and analysis of transfer and replacement requests submitted to our Transfer Department for both EQ and determine its eligibility for processing. This includes gathering data from various systems both internal and external to ensure accuracy and later load data on internal systems for record maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review presentations submitted to EQ for a transfer and/or replacement of lost or stolen securities
  • Verify accuracy of medallion guarantee, legal documents and account registrations while using EQ internal applications and approved external verification application
  • Collaborate with internal staff
  • Prepare reports for manager to reflect productivity
  • Research, resolve and correct any processing discrepancies
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer systems
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Quick learner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Financial industry/TA experience a plus

Compensation

  • $20-22 per hour
