Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost management for subcontracting (tolling) and direct procurement expenses, optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor product costs vigilantly, promptly addressing any discrepancies to ensure consistent monthly closures and compliance with audits.
- Provide precise evaluations of local and standard product costs for all materials managed within the ERP system across each legal entity.
- Implement transfer pricing strategies for materials within each legal entity, ensuring alignment with transfer pricing accounting standards.
- Deliver timely and pertinent information, including key performance indicators (KPIs) on product costs, to the Head of Operational Finance, supporting informed decision-making.
- Analyze monthly results for local product costs across legal entities, comparing them to budget, forecast, and prior years globally.
- Contribute insights and establish guidelines for budgeting and forecasting processes related to local product costs and transfer pricing.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of procurement savings for validation purposes.
- Provide relevant KPIs and data on direct procurements and subcontracted expenses to facilitate payable account monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 8+ years of industrial costing/controlling experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Global company experience required
- Good knowledge in Controlling systems, ERP's : MSD 365, Power-BI, Datalake/ Datawarehouse

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
