Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will help grow our business by researching, engaging, and driving potential into the funnel. Reporting to the Director of BDR, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for working alongside our Sales Executive teams to help grow our pipeline of business. You will act as a trusted advisor and guide partners through their Secure Network as a Service journey while accelerating partner revenue via enablement, support and program execution.

  • This position is Hybrid WFH, with three to four days expected in the office per week.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of fluency in product functionality and acquire the ability to demonstrate feature/function in an engaging manner to both technical and business audiences
  • Research new and existing markets to create a pipeline of potential leads
  • Understand complex organizations and reach out to the right contacts via outbound calls, emails, and social media
  • Book product demonstrations for our Sales Executive team
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings
  • Responsible for your own workflow and reaching your target
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • 1+ year experience as BDR/SDR
  • Technological mindset - able to have a technological discussion with IT managers and senior stakeholders, as well as high-level technical meetings
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical messages in a clear and simple way
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding quotas and accurately forecasting the business
  • Track record of collaborating and demonstrated success in sales organizations that foster teamwork

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $60,000 - 75,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
