Overview:

Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Program Management Office of a complex, state of the art, enterprise information technology system.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, coordinate, monitor, and report internal and external actions, decisions, policies, tasks, and/or briefings for closeout and approval.
  • Support Project Manager with writing and editing communications for senior executives,

including emails, congressional notifications, speeches, and talking points for internal and

external presentations.

  • Support program-level meetings to include sending calendar invites, taking and publishing meeting minutes, preparing briefings, preparing and booking conference rooms, and setting up DVTCs prior to the start of meetings.
  • Support process improvement to the Program Management Office's business functions and suggest efficiencies to existing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as required, to include airfare, hotel, meals, and itinerary.
  • Draft, process, catalog, file, and maintain the correspondences, messages, and other documentation on behalf of the Program Manager.
  • Liaise with both internal and external staff at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.

* Must have an active/current TS/SCI and must pass CI Poly.

* B.A. or B.S. degree required. Master's degree or advanced training in management consulting is preferred.

* Minimum 12 of Experience with 10 years' experience in management consulting.

* Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project (including EPM), SharePoint, Visio

* Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

* Strong customer service orientation.

Supervisor: Task Order Lead

  • Proceeds independently following general plans, policies, and purposes of the practice. Results of work are considered technically authoritative and accepted without significant change.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be required inside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    • On occasion surge support may be required to include working over 40 hours per week, weekend support, or hours outside of contract hours.
