Your Role


As a Gensler Designer, you will tap into your boundless creativity and passion for design to produce unique and functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You are a self-motivated, team player who is ready for active participation in all phases of the design process. With you as part of the design team, interiors have never been so engaging.

What You Will Do

  • Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, 3d modeling/rendering, presentation packages, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
  • Participate the development of the design and the technical documentation required to convey the design intent.
  • Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
  • Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
  • Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.
  • Work with design and technical directors, senior designers and architects, as well as external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
  • 1-2 years of interior design experience.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and/or other modeling software programs.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
  • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Passion for design!

**The base salary range will be estimated between $70k-72k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
