  • Educational Foundation - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, setting the stage for your strategic acumen.

  • Leadership Experience - 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing recruiting teams, driving them to success.

  • Innovative Sourcing - Proven track record in utilizing creative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing methods like LinkedIn and social media. Experience in healthcare and/or ABA recruiting is a plus.

  • Analytical Expertise - 2+ years of experience in system management and reporting analytics, turning data into actionable insights.

  • Technical Proficiency - Experience with ATS and CRM infrastructures, enhancing our recruitment processes.

  • Adaptability - Ability to maintain productivity in a dynamic environment with competing priorities, showcasing your resilience.

  • Communication Excellence - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences.
