Together, we work to support the community in which we live and work. For our Ammeraal Beltech Operations team, we are currently looking for an Office Custodian.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cleans facility and offices including sweeping, mopping of all floors, garbage removal, cleaning of windows, bathrooms, showers, etc.
  • Removal of garbage and debris around facility grounds
  • Maintains janitorial supply stock
  • Strips, waxes and polishes floors
  • Utilize CMMS System
  • Basic computer operation
  • Exhibit teamwork and support other members of the maintenance department

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience as industrial mechanic
  • Prior experience with facility janitorial work
  • Basic mechanical abilities
  • Can use hand and power tools
  • Basic Computer skills
