Join Our Mission

The Educational Administrator is responsible for leading and managing the educational programs at Together for Youth, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services to the youth in our care. This role ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies while fostering a safe and productive educational environment. The Educational Administrator will work closely with staff, students, and community partners to create a supportive and effective learning environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage budgets and logistics to ensure smooth operation of educational programs. Plan and execute events, meetings, and special activities.
  • Handle scheduling of daily school activities, school breaks, and summer school programs, ensuring all schedules are optimized for student benefit.
  • Ensure school's compliance with all relevant laws, statutes, and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational regulations.
  • Collaborate with contracted educational institutions to develop and run effective educational programs. Supervise the quality and safety of educational areas.
  • Hire, train, and oversee educational staff. Develop and implement policies that facilitate collaboration between school and program staff.
  • Provide counseling and conflict resolution for students as needed. Implement actions that improve the school setting and quality of education.
  • Maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies, internal stakeholders, and external educational institutions.
  • Oversee and utilize the student management system, prepare statistics, and manage data related to student numbers, academic performance, and attendance.
  • Help shape and uphold the vision of Together for Youth, ensuring all educational initiatives align with our mission.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong understanding of school administrative processes and familiarity with education management systems.
  • Ability to handle decision-making under pressure, particularly when faced with tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for analyzing data and developing strategic solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in working education as an administrator or superintendent.
  • A minimum of a master's degree in education or related field required.
  • Proficient knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.
  • Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to travel locally, regionally, and potentially statewide, flexible hours.

Salary Range:

  • $95,000 - $100,000 per year. (Depending on experience & education)

Dexterity to write and operate standard office machines such as computer printers, copiers, fax machines, phones, and calculators is required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
