We are currently seeking a Director of Professional Services to join our team. This position is responsible for directing the software and hardware implementation teams to successfully implement Insperity’s workforce management tools on time and within budget, provide effective customer training, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 
 

Qualifications for a Professional Service Director: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in a software implementation environment including managing software implementation teams is required.


Responsibilities as the Director of Professional Services:

  • Reviews incoming sales orders and works with Sales & Marketing management to ensure complete and accurate order information.
  • Assigns incoming implementation projects to an Implementation Team and balances project workload assignments based on workload, number of projects, and skill sets.  
  • Ensures team effectiveness through providing team members with timely and constructive feedback.
  • Manages the triaging of technical issues.
  • Escalates technical issues to applicable personnel in a timely fashion and follows through to resolution.
  • Acts as liaison with the Technology Department and coordinates efforts to resolve issues with Department management.
  • Ensures that the implementation teams are properly reporting issues in Mantis and attends weekly meetings on open items in the system.
  • Act as a client advocate for timely resolution of outstanding issues in weekly meetings.
  • Tracks ongoing project performance and financial metrics, identifies, and manages variances.
  • Handles escalated implementation issues either through direct contact with the customer or by coaching the implementation team.
  • Provides guidance and insight to assist implementation teams in closing projects and maintaining focus.  
  • Stays current on any and all changes to Insperity’s software products and services.
