Job Description

About the Role

Accountable for end to end customer and/or vendor engagement for cross brand solutions that drive revenue growth, profitability, key business metrics and secure customer satisfaction across multi-vendor solutions globally. Responsible for analyzing, understanding, and communicating the end to end the customer and/or supplier requirements and aligning company offerings, services and resources to meet those needs. Delivers multi-vendor solutions and services to the customer and/or vendor leveraging internal resources to effectively evaluate, configure, price, negotiate, quote, order booking and process requests for all vendors aligned with partner's and supplier's Service Level Expectations. Provides forecasts to integration and sales leader independently, and communicates changes in forecast, as needed to maintain delivery of solution and staffing requirements for partnering functions at TD SYNNEX based on the Customer Required Date (CRD) and product availability.


What You'll Do

  • Functions as the primary point of contact that engages with the customer and/or vendor to create a positive relationship and identify opportunities to provide multi-vendor solutions. Creates and delivers proposals to the customer that promotes TD SYNNEX's full portfolio of product and service offerings across regions. Participates in and leads in introduction, planning and reviews for new/existing customers and vendors.

  • Delivers multi-vendor solutions and services to the customer and/or vendor leveraging internal resources to effectively evaluate, configure, price, negotiate, quote, order booking and process requests for all vendors aligned with partner's and supplier's Service Level Expectations (SLE's). Supplies final adjusted design solution pricing and documentation based on applicable programs, promotions and add-ons. Coordinates with internal and external resources to resolve all pertinent sales issues, e.g., credit, engineering, supply chain services, integration, transportation, logistics, order corrections etc.

  • Provides forecasts to integration and communicates changes in forecast, as needed to maintain delivery of solution and staffing requirements for partnering functions at TD SYNNEX based on the Customer Required Date (CRD) and product availability. Follows up on all opportunities and monitors the pipeline activity to close within the identified forecast period. Contributes information to forecast consolidations to sales business leaders.

  • Actively participates in project and/or program discovery and launch globally. Actively participates in sustaining projects and/or programs, identifying areas to improve processes, best practices and change management.

  • Uses subject matter expert (SME) knowledge, judgement and discretion to identify applicable programs, promotions, and add-ons as a Trusted Advisor to build customer relationships and effectively market the broad range of TD SYNNEX's product/service portfolio. Adheres to customer and/or vendor program requirements utilizing contract information to ensure enforcement of terms, freight, inventory, pricing, etc. Engages with the customer to better understand the needs and market the appropriate solution. Identifies options available to enable additional ROI or limit negative financial impact resulting from change. Provides customers and/or vendor with information to assist in making additional decisions regarding hardware, software, services and/or services renewal, and warranty.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experienceis required.


Required Education:

  • Associate Degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of formal education, training and directly related progressive job experience. Product and Supplier Certifications as required.

    Working Conditions:

    • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

    • Clean room environment requiring ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection.

    • On-call availability required as necessary.

    • May be required to work in shifts (timings subject to business needs)

    • Professional, office environment.

    • Remote / Work-from-home.
