Job Description

About the Role:

This entry level role's responsibilities include supporting applying sales pricing strategies as well as conducting market research and related analytics. Individual is responsible for pricing of services in order to stay competitive in the market. Properly store and maintain historical pricing data for the organization. Provide support to the sales representatives regarding product maintenance support, delivery process and serve as initial point of contact for general product and operational questions.

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize Salesforce features and functionality to deliver quality and accurate quotes. (70%)

  • Implement, apply and maintain guidelines for pricing. (10%) ;

  • Update and maintain internal service pricing database in Salesforce. (5%)

  • Retrieve, consolidate, analyze and summarize data from very large data sets using SQL, MS Access, or Excel. (10%)

  • Actively support ad interact with internal sales, operations, and finance teams. (5%)

What We're Looking For:


Experience:

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Some College required.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • On-call availability required as necessary.

  • Professional, office environment.

  • Required Knowledge.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications at a basic level.
