If there's one thing your years of clinical training and patient education have taught you, it's how to manage priorities, and move seamlessly from one challenge to the next.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for leading, directing and managing all activities associated with the clinical education, training, administrative and field activities for the nurses assigned within a specific geographical region. The Manager is responsible to the coaching and development of clinical educators to assure that all contractual metrics are met. You will:

  • Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and performance of the team to achieve/exceed specific business goals
  • Work with Clinical Educators on a consistent basis, evaluating, coaching through regularly scheduled calls and provide reports summarizing all activity
  • Develop plans that effectively translate strategy
  • Attract, coach and retain individuals who will ensure high level performance
  • Achieve targets per geographical assignment
  • Provide communication and motivational programs to ensure that members of the field and leadership teams are focused on delivering the expectations of the customer. Reinforce customer focused values.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum five years' field-based industry experience and two years' experience as a manager/first line leader or demonstrated leadership
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a nurse team
  • Ability to motivate, coach, lead and execute strategy
