Responsibilities
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels.
  • Communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on evaluations and lessons learned.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks across the program.
  • Implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work with project managers to address issues and ensure program success.
  • Develop and implement program governance structures and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews and audits.
  • Communicate program status, milestones, and key performance indicators to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct program reviews and retrospectives to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Qualifications

Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer information science, management, healthcare administration, or a healthcare related field. Master's degree desirable.

Certifications: PMP

Skills

  • Extensive experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Proficient with industry standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs.
  • 10+ years proven experience as a project manager. With 1-3 years as a program manager.
