We are seeking an AV/VTC Specialist with excellent communication skills to help us grow our collaborative capabilities in support of shifting mission requirements. Our team integrates innovative communication solutions into conference rooms and specialized facilities. We desire a customer-focused individual to help our team provide our customers the best and most flexible platform to interact with stakeholders.

As an AV/VTC Specialist you will...

  • Lead a team of AV professionals in carrying out the design and implementation of secure communication solutions.
  • Demonstrate independent analysis skills to quickly assess potential and future system failures and develop solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to design, implement, and integrate advanced video teleconferencing systems in a secure domain.
  • Understand the primary Government entities responsible for VTC communications and develop secure communication systems based on those requirements.

Qualifications

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...

  • Hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and specialized training.
  • Possess experience with secure firewall configurations and demonstrate the ability to communicate with Security and IT professionals to allow the necessary protocols.
  • Have a customer service orientation and are able to exercise tact and discretion in addressing user questions and problems.
  • Possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and experience to arrange the logistics, set up and operate a wide variety of audiovisual and telecommunications.
  • Hold an active Secret security clearance and can ultimately obtain Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

You 'll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you...

  • Have 8+ years configuring and implementing Secure IP Video Telecommunication systems.

  • Can demonstrate a relationship with secure bridge services.

  • Hold an active Top Secret security clearance.
