What's the role?

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for directly managing the materials, pre-fabrication services and all the logistics for Make-to-Order MTO projects. They are part of the Project Business core team that supports Hilti North America.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to plan and manage projects. The role involves structuring complex tasks into manageable work packages and creating project plans with accurately estimated timelines and resources. The job holder needs to engage and motivate Cross-Functional Team members.
Scope: Manages small projects or a subset of a larger project; projects are pre-defined with a low degree of novelty & complexity; typically interfaces with a small number of stakeholders & partners.

What you need is:

  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills and de-escalation skills.
  • Experience in construction project management
  • Supply chain and logistics background
  • Knowledge of SAP processes for sales order, ordering and production
  • MS Office skills
  • Competent and proactive approach to internal and external customers
  • Independent working method
    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • Minimum 3 years professional experience
    • Hilti product portfolio knowledge
