We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated People Experience Specialist to drive innovation and passion within our team. This teammate will execute programs to foster an engaging and positive workplace culture aligned with engagement KPIs. They will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to promote a positive, remote-first experience and alignment with HealthEquity's Mission, Vision, and Values.

What you'll be doing

    Build relationships and partner with stakeholders to understand and consider department sub-cultures and needs to effectively deliver impactful programs and initiatives.
  • Plan and organize companywide events, celebrations, and activities that promote collaboration and foster a sense of community - both in-person and virtual.
  • Create reports and presentations that summarize program results, progress, and overall success metrics.
  • Execute programs and communications that drive alignment with the company's Mission, Vision, Values, and goals.
  • Leverage data and teammate feedback to monitor effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage a significant teammate experience budget, including assessing ROI on initiatives and partnering with finance.
  • Draft and deliver excellent communications (written, video, etc.) to drive a remote-first experience that aligns with HealthEquity's voice and brand guidelines.
  • Create and present thorough program and initiative proposals and recaps to small and large audiences.
  • Provide support and leadership to volunteer teammate groups, such as social clubs, employee resource groups, and location-based culture teams.
  • Be an ambassador of our Purple culture in all interactions.
  • Proactively support internal teams with events requests/needs
  • Build toolkit for leaders and teammates to connect with fellow teammates through effective, engaging events.
  • Manage team inbox and provide remarkable service to teammates to drive engagement and positive experience with team programs and systems.

What you will need to be successful

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in culture, teammate engagement, People (HR), or related roles. Creative mindset and passion for workplace experience that drive innovation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform decisions and influence change.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and lead volunteer teams to gain alignment and deliver results.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills with a strong attention to detail and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Proactively seeks feedback and input; actively listens to others and adjusts to maximize effectiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and can multitask effectively.
  • Effective partnership and collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver remarkable experiences and remain aligned with internal processes
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing engaging teammate experiences, both event-based and non-event based.
  • Strong understanding of business acumen and the ability to connect engagement initiatives to business goals.
  • Budget management and resource allocation skills.

Salary Range
$23.80 To $35.58 / hour

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
