We are looking for a Creative Content Producer who will be responsible for managing mid-scale integrated productions from the initial kick-off through to final delivery. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and leadership, ensuring that all production elements align seamlessly with our strategic goals and creative vision.
Oversee all aspects of integrated productions, setting and communicating timelines, and ensuring all milestones and budgets are met from pre-production through post-production.
Advise stakeholders on content production-related matters, providing creative and budgetary solutions to enhance quality.
Manage all costs and financial paperwork associated with production, maintaining accurate budget tracking and reporting
Source and evaluate appropriate vendors including photographers, directors, production companies, design firms, agencies, illustrators ensuring best resources support creative and production needs.
Work closely with stakeholders including Creative Team, Creative Project Managers, Category Leads, and outside vendors/partners to ensure cohesive project execution.
Provide support to Senior Content Producers and Department Head, assisting in various capacities as needed
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
2-4 years of experience in a production role at a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
Experience in all phases of integrated campaign production; pre-production, production, and post-production
Strong knowledge of competitive industry costs, fees, usage rights, and ability to lead negotiations accordingly
Proven experience in creating and maintaining production budgets
Excellent communication skills - ability to interface with internal teams and external teams
Demonstrated ability to quickly and independently, anticipating and resolving problems with no supervision
Willingness to travel up to 60%, both domestically and internationally
