ResponsibilitiesThe Solution Architect - Adoption and Change Management is a non-technical consulting role that specializes in leading organizational change management and adoption services for Microsoft's Defense customers. This role operates at the program level and manages multiple projects across different Services and regions. The Solution Architect - Adoption and Change Management delivers high-quality solutions that enable the Microsoft Platform and drive value outcomes for the customers. The Solution Architect - Adoption and Change Management also drives business development, pre-sales, and risk management activities, and collaborates with the broader adoption ecosystem within and outside Microsoft. The Solution Architect - Adoption and Change Management is a trusted advisor, a thought leader, and a mentor for the Addoption and Change Management (ACM) practice. * Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of Microsoft technologies and solutions.* Apply a structured methodology and use existing reference architectures and design patterns to lead change management activities.* Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, training, and rewards and recognition programs.* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders and change network.* Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill their role as change sponsors.* Support project managers and teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and governance.* Quantify the needs of the business to achieve value outcomes, capture and reuse IP, and share best practices.* Scope, sell, and deliver complex ACM consulting solutions, including writing statements of work and managing risk.* Evangelize the need and impact of ACM, both internally and externally, through various channels and events.* Generate and improve intellectual property and contribute to internal and external communities.
