You will be responsible for maintaining effective customer relationships within your assigned accounts and creating an organization that is accountable to our customers for the development, execution, and governance of transformational solutions. Using your leadership skills, consulting delivery expertise and cross-industry solutions acumen, you will work directly with targeted customers. As a delivery manager, you will coach and direct individual contributors including, program directors, consultants, and project managers and technical feature teams, inspiring performance, customer centricity, and developing the organizational capabilities necessary for you and your team to sustain long term trusted relationships with our customers.

Resource orchestration, resource management, problem-solving across organizational boundaries, and mitigating risk are key Delivery Excellence responsibilities for this role. Business Management o Strategy: This role is accountable for executing against the business strategy within their assigned accounts.
