Job Description

Clarivate's growing HR Team is adding an HR Business Partner Specialist!In this role, you will drive business outcomes and workforce effectiveness by providing critical operational support to the HR Business Partner team. Partnering closely with the HRBPs, you will collaborate across HR Centers of Expertise on a variety of processes related to data management, data quality, talent management, position management, and human capital reporting.Attention to detail is critical as many of the processes you will be responsible for impact our colleagues and business globally.In this role you may also provide project support and coordination across internal teams.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

It would be great if you also had...

  • Workday HRIS systems experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues and managers to resolve a variety of inquiries regarding HR-related information
  • Provide operational and transactional support to the HRBP team and leadership, enabling initiatives driving organizational health such as: performance management, talent reviews, colleague engagement, position management, etc.
  • Participate on project teams supporting implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics for reporting - both ad-hoc and regular (headcount, terminations, new hires, promotions, etc.)
  • Use knowledge of HR processes and technologies to handle employee data transactions and to monitor, audit and ensure HR data integrity

As HRBP Specialist, you will report the Vice President, Executive HR Business Partner and be a member of the HRBP LS&H Team.

Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
