Power your future with Qualus as our Talent Acquisition Business Partner! The Talent Acquisition Business Partner position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Lake Mary, FL. This role is a critical member of a high-performing team that is responsible for powering the future of Qualus. They will influence and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs for the company. We are looking for a strategic, innovative professional who is progressive and can lead from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of recruiting. They will partner with hiring managers to strategize and set up appropriate recruiting methods, sourcing and bringing a candidate through the recruiting life cycle.

Responsibilities
    This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive and professional recruiter with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidate will be able to guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes while effectively managing expectations.
  • Works closely with the talent acquisition team, managers, recruiting champions, industry leaders, and other business leaders to understand the industry and talent market, source top talent and successfully bring candidates through the process in a timely manner.
  • Conducts marketplace research to map target companies and top talent for existing and future needs.
  • Creates in-depth executive candidate profiles and personas.
  • Provides on-going consulting services to assist management in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating talent acquisition strategies, and participates in workforce planning.
  • Builds relationships with internal talent, HR Executives and C-Suite leaders as well as external talent as influential, and a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain constant communications with candidates throughout the process ensuring a high touch and engaging experience
  • Will act as a talent advisor and change agent to identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process across the organization to attract best-qualified candidates.
  • Develop well-crafted and creative postings to company website and other internet sources.
  • Maintains an active sourcing pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter as well as other platforms
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing their experience and job requirements, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications that align to the organizations core values
  • Arranges interviews with management by coordinating schedules, and travel when necessary
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Travel as necessary for conference, client meetings, candidate meetings, and headquarter events
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent sourcing skills and with the ability to create meaningful relationships
  • 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Applicant Tracking System Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of power systems as it relates to power generation, distribution and transmission systems.
