Job Description
1. Organize and coordinate materials & folders for orientation;
2. Process, send, and record all transcript requests;
3. Page over the phone and public address system;
4. Type and send correspondence, and truancy referrals;
5. Organize and maintain various administrative office files;
6. Check-in ordered materials and verify with appropriate purchase orders;
7. Organize and process all incoming and outgoing student records;
8. Assist in preparing, processing, and sending progress reports and report cards;
9. Process all homework requests for students;
10. Assist students, staff, community, and parents/guardians with requests;
11. Screen all students who come in during the school day;
12. Maintain confidential student information;
13. Update website;
14. Maintain locker information and troubleshoot locker issues;
15. Maintain administrative office equipment (i.e. copier, fax);
16. Completion of tasks that may take precedence over other staff requests as requested by the administrative office or administrative assistant;
17. All other duties as assigned.


1. High school diploma (minimum);
2. Customer service mindset;
3. Office rapport skills to assist students, parents, and community with a variety of tasks/questions;
4. Experience in administrative office work preferred;
5. Dependable work record;
6. Ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute;
7. Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks;
8. Ability to problem solve through a variety of tasks & priorities;
9. Positive and friendly work attitude;
10. Proficient in Word, Windows based applications, Power Point, Infinite Campus, etc;
11. Preferred experience with Google Suite including Google Slides, Sheets, &. Google Docs.
12. Experience with data input and database set-up, including creation of charts and graphs;
13. Experience/knowledge of networking systems preferable Skyward programs;
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
15. Must be detail oriented;
16. Must be able to work effectively, independently, and in a team setting, and with minimum direction;
17. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality;
18. Ability to successfully pass a skills assessment for the programs that are assessed;
19. Teaching license preferred, but not required.
