Job DescriptionAs a Field Marketing Manager in North America, you will be part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business! This role will be responsible for crafting and driving field marketing programs that are tightly aligned to growth objectives and marketing critical metrics within your region. Work alongside sales partners to understand priorities and develop marketing roadmaps that align with larger go-to-market efforts. In addition to working with Performance Marketing on region specific ABM efforts, responsibilities will also include bringing our brand to life and engaging our community on the ground through in-person and hosted events and conferences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development of field marketing strategies and plans, event management and execution, partner co-marketing, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and adaptation of lead generation campaigns targeted at the Enterprise and Mid-Market size businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who produces high-quality results. Proficiency in effective cross-functional communication while maintaining a focus on outcomes is important. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines. A strong B2B marketing background in IT with a focus on measurement and accountability are key success factors.
