Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Coordinator at Amplity Health is responsible for coordinating daily tasks in accordance with Amplity Health's accounts payables policies and procedures. The role is operational in nature and will be responsible for processing supplier invoices whilst addressing supplier and employee queries, performing supplier reconciliations and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Payable - Ensure that all supplier payments are processed timely and accurately

  • Vendor management - ensure new vendors are set up properly within Workday with proper documentation
  • Purchase order tracking, review for accuracy and validation
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely within Workday
  • Manage vendor inquiries
  • Support monthly close process accounting accruals and analysis
  • Year end audit support as needed
  • Various ad hoc requests

Span of Control - Reporting Relationships

  • Reports directly to Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • Partners effectively with Finance Team and listed buyers within the organization

Job Requirements

Essential

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting/Finance from accredited college / university
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized and able to work according to fixed calendar cycles
  • Strong Excel competency

Desirable

  • Experience with Workday Financials highly recommended
  • Experience working in a multilocation corporate environment
