Perform regular "sweeps" of the workspace(s) to identify areas/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement or upgrade. Report all issues to the Office Manager. Will act as back up to the Receptionist program as needed including daily coverage for lunch and breaks.


Responsibilities:

Through the full-service lease, the property management is responsible for building HVAC, janitorial, ceiling lights, restroom/kitchen plumbing, perimeter doors and common area maintenance.
Site Services Technicians are responsible for monitoring the Infineon owned equipment and providing internal customer service.
Under the direction of the Regional Facilities Manager, this position performs a wide variety of services, and upkeep of building appearance within the suite as listed below:
General Responsibilities:
* Provide general and detailed facilities maintenance either with direct or indirect supervision including moving/delivery within suite, conference room setup and other minor repair and replacement work as required.
* Perform daily facilities and equipment maintenance check for general monitoring, contact vendors for the repair of Infineon owned Compressors, driers, vacuum pumps, generator, O2 monitoring systems, Data Center CRAC units etc.
* Schedule preventive and annual maintenance of all Infineon owned facilities equipment and systems.
* Perform inspections to identify areas in need of repair and report any maintenance or mechanical problems to the Regional Facilities Manager in a timely manner.
* Monitor MPOE, Electrical, Data Center and IDF rooms for alarms (temp. or UPS etc.)
* Reconfigure cubicles as directed
* Execute, complete and close daily work orders within 24-48 hours through Facilities Work Request System.
* Adhere to all security, health, environmental and employee safety protocols as directed.
* Be on-call and respond to afterhours emergency calls with urgency as necessary and as needed.
* Receive and execute verbal instructions, or written work orders from office staff.
* Complete and submit receipts and paperwork accurately and on time.
* Assist with All Hands Meeting setups and atrium setups as requested
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Customer Service:
* Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers to determine service needs.
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 40 lbs, and climb ladders.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 year experience preferred.
* Basic Computer skills.
* Familiarity in all aspect of Facilities maintenance.
* Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
* Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
* Handle multiple projects at one time.
* Lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Attention to detail.
